Chicken drumsticks can be found in any groceries store, and are easy to make, delicious and have this soft and tender meat. This recipe is so unbelievably easy to make and the butter gives the drumsticks a delicious creamy, buttery flavor.
Gather the ingredients.
Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Line a baking pan(I used a 38 cm (15”) glass baking dish) with heavy duty foil. Place the butter in cubes on he foil and melt in the oven.
Mix all the spices and flour in a food bag and coat the chicken drumsticks by placing them in the bag and shaking thoroughly.
Once coated in seasoned flour mixture, place the drumsticks on the prepared baking dish, in the melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, then turn each drumstick to the other side and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

Ingredients
- 6-8 Chicken drumsticks
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Curry powder
- 2 teaspoons Poultry seasoning (or your favorite chicken spice mix)
- ½ cup Butter (chopped)
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Line a baking pan(I used a 38 cm (15'') glass baking dish) with heavy duty foil.
- In a food storage bag, combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, curry powder, and poultry seasoning.
- Place ½ cup butter in the foil-lined pan. Place the pan in the oven to melt butter.
- Place the chicken drumsticks in the bag with seasoned flour mixture and shake well, to coat the drumsticks thoroughly. To make it easier, use three drumsticks at a time.
- Place the chicken in the prepared pans in the melted butter.
- Bake the chicken legs in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken drumsticks over and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, or until tender and nicely browned.
