Easy and fast to make and goes well with any kind of side dish. To make them even more special, can be made into mini burgers. =)

Gather ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients a mixing bowl, using your hands. If you don’t like to touch raw meat with your bare hands, you can wear single use rubber gloves or mix with a spoon, just make sure to mix through thoroughly.

Heat up 2 – 3 tablespoons of oil on a frying pan, on medium/high heat. Take a handful of meat mix and form into an ball. Slightly squeeze between palms of your hands to make them a bit flatter. And put on the frying pan.

Fry the meatballs for about 4 – 5 minutes on one side, or until golden brown. Carefully flip each meatball to the other side and continue frying for about 3 – 4 minutes.

I like to add some water with tomato paste to the frying pan, and simmer the meatballs for a bit, just to make them even more juicier and to make sure they are cooked through (as there is pork meat mixed in), but you can also add just a bit of plain water and cover with a lid and simmer on medium for about 5-10 min.

If not sure that the meatball is cooked through, break one in half and if there is no pink meat visible, they are done.
*Note: The cooking times are for palm sized meatballs, if you make them bigger or smaller, adjust the cooking time accordingly.
