- 200 gram Rib Eye Beef Steak
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 3 tablespoons butter
First bring the steak to room temperature. Warm-up the grill on the stove to medium-high temperature. Gently place the steak on the grill. It should sizzle when you do it. Place 3 tablespoons of butter into the pan. Turn the steak after 2 and a half minutes.
As soon as you flipped it, gently place the fresh thyme sprigs onto the meat and baste with the melted butter.
Check the doneness by hand or with a meat thermometer
Take the steak out and plate with fresh thyme leaves and herb butter. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving then enjoy!
