- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon milk
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon paprika (optional)
Preheat a flat frying pan, small enough that when you fry the egg mix, it does not spread out too thinly. I used my wok. You can also try to use a crepe pan, just don't spread the egg too wide.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, oil and milk. Season with salt, pepper and paprika (optional).
Pour the egg mixture onto the preheated frying pan. Fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on the hotness of the pan and the thickness of the egg mix.
Carefully, the wrap is very fragile, flip the egg wrap to the other side, like a pancake. And fry for another 30 seconds.
Your egg wrap is done. You can make as many egg wraps as you need/want, one egg per wrap.Fill with desired filling and serve warm. Enjoy!
