Instructions
Bring the filets at room temperature and add salt and freshly ground pepper to them.
Melt the butter into the frying pan at low temperature.
Add the rosemary sprigs and half of the garlic head and increase temperature to medium high.
As soon as the garlic starts getting that nice brown color, place the steaks into the pan.
Constantly baste the filets with the rosemary garlic sauce while frying them 2 minutes per side.
Take them out of the pan and let them rest three to five minutes before serving. Top with herb butter for a nice effect.
