heart of rump steak
(hüftsteak)

butter

sprigs
fresh rosemary
1/2

garlic
coarse sea salt
black pepper
Instructions
Bring meat to room temperature before cooking.
Grill 3-4 minutes on one side.
Turn on the other side, add butter, add rosemary and garlic and baste the steak for another 3-4 minutes.
Remove from grill and let it rest 5 minutes.
Slice and sprinkle chives and freshly ground black pepper.
Enjoy!
