asparagus

garlic

grated cheese
(I used Emmentaler)

vegetable oil

freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Chop off the woody ends of the asparagus, about 2-3 cm and place them in an oiled baking tray.
Mix the pepper and garlic together with the oil and brush over the asparagus
Bake for 10 minutes then add the cheese and broil for 5 minutes to get the cheese melted.
