Ingredients
- 200 g Fresh cabbage (about 2 cups chopped)
- 2 Medium tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh dill (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage as thinly as possible. Place into a mixing bowl and squeeze with your hands a few times. Keep squeezing until cabbage starts producing juice – this makes the cabbage nice an soft.
- Cut tomatoes into cubes and put into the same bowl with the cabbage.
- Add chopped dill, salt and olive oil and mix through. Move the salad into a serving bowl or plate and voila!
