- 150 grams Salmon
- ½ cup grated Gouda cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup homemade marinara sauce (see notes)
- 350 grams homemade pizza dough (see notes)
- ½ bell pepper , chopped
First prepare the dough according to the recipe. See notes below.
Prepare the homemade marinara sauce. See notes below.
Preheat the oven to 240°C (460°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
On a floured surface roll out the pizza dough to the thickness of your liking. I rolled mine to about 0.5 inch thick. The dough will rise a bit while baking as well.
Spread the marinara sauce all over the rolled out dough. Sprinkle the shredded Gouda cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese.Arrange the salmon slices all over the top. Sprinkle with chopped bell pepper.If you wish you can also add other ingredients, bell peppers, tomatoes, other cheeses or more cheese, etc. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
