- 2 steaks lamb (1.5 cm thick)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt
- black pepper
- cumin powder
Bring the meat to room temperature and then season it with salt, pepper and a bit of cumin powder.
Place some butter on the steak and lay it butter side down on a well heated pan.
Cook for 1.5 minutes each side.
Let it rest 5 minutes before serving.
