Ingredients

  • 2 steaks lamb (1.5 cm thick)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cumin powder

Instructions

  • Bring the meat to room temperature and then season it with salt, pepper and a bit of cumin powder.
  • Place some butter on the steak and lay it butter side down on a well heated pan.
  • Cook for 1.5 minutes each side.
  • Let it rest 5 minutes before serving.
