Lamb steaks are delicious and tender and they go really well when cooked medium.
I like to bring the meat to room temperature before cooking and then season it with salt, pepper and a bit of cumin powder. Then place some butter on the steak and lay it butter side down on a well heated pan.
You need to cook it just one and a half minutes each side for medium doneness like here. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
They go well with just about everything, we had fries on the side.
Enjoy! 🙂
