Asian Beef Noodles

Super fast and super easy to make, this Asian Beef Noodles recipe will become your go to recipe for when you are pressed for time.

Start off by marinating the beef for a little bit, between 15 minutes to 1 hour. To marinate the beef, cut it into thin stripes, place it in a bowl, add soy sauce, baking powder, corn starch and sugar.

While the meat is marinating, soak the egg noodles in hot water for about 10-15 minutes.

Now you are all set to start cooking. Heat up vegetable oil in a wok or a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped ginger and garlic. Fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

While the meat is frying, make the sauce. Combine 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 4 tablespoons oyster sauce. Mix well and set aside until needed.

Add the marinated beef to the frying pan and fry until golden brown on the sides. This will take about 3-4 minutes.

Drain the egg noodles and add them to the beef. Add the prepared sauce and mix thoroughly.

Add the stir-fry mix and sesame oil. Mix through. Fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until the stir fry mix reaches your preferred level of readiness.

Enjoy!
