Fast and tasty, this minced meat sauce with Asian flavors will go so well along a bowl of rice and a fresh vegetable salad.
Heat up oil in the frying pan.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, sesame oil and rice wine. Set aside.
Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onions and minced garlic.
Fry for about 1 minute, or until the onion starts browning.
Add the minced beef, breaking it into smaller pieces.
Once the beef has changed its color to brown, add the sauce.Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has almost fully incorporated.
If you want the meat cooked further, add a bit of water, and cook until desired readiness.
Add the chopped parsley, but keep a bit for serving.
Add the sesame seeds, if desired. I like them, as they add a little pop to the dish. =)
Serve over rice.
Enjoy!
