Homemade Pizza with Salmon

Same as the Salami pizza, this homemade pizza with salmon is super fast and simple to make, with homemade marinara sauce and your own pizza dough. Simply delicious.

First prepare the pizza dough and marinara sauce. When you are ready to make the pizza, preheat the oven to 240°C (460°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

On a floured surface roll out the pizza dough to the thickness of your liking. I rolled mine to about 0.5 inch thick. The dough will rise a bit while baking as well.

Spread the marinara sauce all over the rolled out dough. Sprinkle the shredded Gouda cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Arrange the salmon pieces all over the top. The salmon can be raw, cooked, smoked, whatever way you prefer it. I had cooked salmon fillet. Sprinkle on top with chopped bell pepper. If you wish you can also add other ingredients, tomatoes, other cheeses or more cheese, etc.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 150 grams Salmon
  • ½ cup grated Gouda cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup homemade marinara sauce (see notes)
  • 350 grams homemade pizza dough (see notes)
  • ½ bell pepper , chopped

Instructions
