Easy to make chicken soup is always good. This soup is simple and tastes delicious. For times when you have colds or just feeling under the weather, this soup will brighten your day and make you feel better.
Place the water in a medium – large pot over medium – high heat.
Place the chicken wings in the water and bring to boil. (If you have frozen chicken wings, you can add them right away, without unfreezing them.)
While the water with chicken is heating up, prepare the vegetables.
Peel potatoes, carrots and onion, but do not cut the onion just yet – just peel it. Cut the potatoes into small – medium cubes. Cut the carrots into small – medium cubes.
Once the water with the chicken started boiling, cook the chicken for about 10 minutes.
Add the onion, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the potatoes and carrots. Cook for another 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked.
